King County detectives have identified evidence the same 15-year-old that is accused of a fatal July hit-and-run may be responsible for at least one additional hit-and-run near Des Moines or SeaTac.

Why county isn’t prosecuting teen in fatal hit-and-run as an adult

On Sept. 10, King County detectives arrested a 15-year-old driver for the alleged fatal July 18 hit-and-run that claimed the life of 53-year-old Greg Moore in Maple Valley.

During their investigation, detectives uncovered additional evidence that same juvenile may be responsible for an additional hit-and-run near Des Moines or SeaTac on, or before, July 17.

The adult white man, pictured above, detectives believe was struck by the same gray Toyota Camry one or two days before Moore’s death.

Detectives believe this man sustained serious injuries or lacerations after being struck by the passenger-side of the sedan.

His identity and location are unknown to detectives.

Any person that can identify the man is asked to call the King County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line at 206-296-3311 and reference case C21022337.
