Shooter in Richmond Beach murder still on the loose

King County detectives say they have a good idea what sparked a fatal shooting in Richmond Beach on Wednesday, but they still don’t have a suspect in custody.
Deputies spent the day searching for the person who killed 17-year-old Tiana Montgomery, a senior at Shorecrest High, outside a Richmond Beach apartment complex.
The Seattle Times reports an argument between Montgomery’s cousin, Darrold Edwards, and a woman at the complex might be behind it. Edwards, who is a senior at Shorewood High, was also shot but survived.
Deputies seized the car of a potential suspect from outside a Greenwood medical marijuana business.
Neighbors say they heard two women arguing a few moments before they heard shots.
