Shooting reported in Seattle’s Lake City neighborhood

Seattle police are investigating the shooting of a man in the Lake City neighborhood Friday afternoon.
Police say one person was injured in the shooting reported in the 12300 block of Sand Point Way NE around 12:30 p.m.
Officials tell KIRO 7 that a man in his 40s, found with multiple gunshot wounds, was taken to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition.
It’s believed the shooting was a targeted attack. Despite a search in the area, police did not find a suspect, according to KIRO 7.

Two people were killed and two more injured, including a Metro bus driver, in a shooting in the same area in March 2019.
