Washington State Patrol said the prop plane landed on Pacific Avenue between 135th and 143rd at 8:15 a.m., citing a “fuel system malfunction.”

Viewer and witness Stu Dewitt said he spoke with the pilot who told him he was able to safely land on Pacific Avenue with the aid of state troopers, who helped push the plane off the roadway.

The airplane is now completely off the road and traffic is moving. Photos from Dewitt show the plane in the parking lot of a Jiffy Lube.

No injuries have been reported.
