Seafair is known as the most famous Northwest summer event. Postponed for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s back with the Blue Angels and so much to see and do along Lake Washington. If you are new to Seafair, it’s not a free event. Passes can be purchased here.

Prices range from $35 for adults all the way up to $160 for special weekend passes per person.

For a fun, cultural, family experience visit Umoja fest. Experience food, live music, and the Hood Basketball Tournament, and vendors. For more information you can visit their website:

Magnolia Summerfest lasts for 3-days with live music, a beer/wine garden, family entertainment, inflatable houses, rides, craft booths, food booths, and the annual Magnolia Seafair parade Saturday, August 6.

6:00 p.m. Kid’s Parade (bring a bike and costume)
6:30 p.m. Dog Parade
7:00 p.m. Grand Seafair Parade down Lake City Way

Don’t miss the Hydroplane Racing. It’s two full days of race fun for the whole family. Expect to witness J-Series Hydroplanes, Run-Abouts, and Tunnel Boats. Pit passes for self-tours are available.

Check out Jet Blast Bash. You can witness fast planes, music, food, and a beer garden (21+ and up) with the best seats in Seattle to watch the thunder of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels’ takeoffs and landings. Plus the Blues will unveil their new jets – the Super Hornets – for the first time in our area.

If it’s too packed there, you can see the Blue Angels’ take-offs and landings at The Museum of Flight’s parking lot Thursday and Friday, August 4-5, 2022.

Saturday and Sunday, August 6-7, 2022, viewing the Blue Angels from The Museum of Flight will be enhanced with our annual Jet Blast Bash festival taking place in the parking lot!
