Fresh from the ball pit at Chuck E. Cheese, a child showed
up to daycare with a temporary tattoo on his cheek.
But on picture day, one teacher at the Silverdale
KinderCare didn’t find the child’s tattoo very adorable.
So she allegedly went about removing it.
The mother said her son woke up crying because the pillow
was hurting his cheek that sports a large burn. She filed
a police report and took her son out of the KinderCare
facility.
The daycare center said that as soon as management was
made aware of the situation, they reported the incident
and the teacher to state licensing and Child Protective
Services. KinderCare called the teacher’s behavior
“unacceptable” and said she no longer works there.
