Three Everett baristas arrested after complaints of lewd conduct

Three baristas were arrested at Hillbilly Hotties Coffee Company in Everett Wednesday morning after complaints from passersby.

“We served a search warrant at Hillbilly Hotties here in Everett and we collected physical evidence of various crimes,” says Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell.

Snell says two of the baristas, a 20-year-old from Lynnwood and a 21-year-old from Shoreline, allegedly violated the city’s adult cabaret code. The third barista, a 33-year-old from Lynnwood, was arrested for lewd conduct based on another investigation.

The bikini barista stand, located in the 4000 block of Hoyt Ave., was held up by a 12-year-old in September.

Police say the boy pointed a gun at a barista, threatened to shoot her, and then rode off on his bike with the tip jar money. The boy was charged with first-degree robbery.
