Truck crashes into store in downtown Bellevue

A truck crashed into The Container Store in downtown Bellevue after a driver lost control Monday night, officials said.

Bellevue police tweeted that officers were responding to the crash around 8 p.m. near the intersection of 8th and Bellevue Way.

Officials said the driver of the truck lost control and fishtailed, sending people on the sidewalk scrambling to avoid getting hit. No one was injured.

Investigators said the driver is cooperating with their investigation.
