New Music: Depressed Buttons

Depressed Buttons is the dance/house infused project of Todd Fink, Clark Baechle, and Jacob Thiele who make up three-fifth’s of the electro indie rock band The Faint. The Faint? No thanks. Depressed Buttons? Yes please. Their debut EP Qwerty is out now and one of the stand outs is a cut called ‘Ow!’. The track starts out with a simple drum loop, some groovy, jittery synth and a high pitched, almost childlike sounding sample of ‘ow’ before the beat drops unearthing an all out dance jam. So good!
