Dow Constantine, Jay Inslee, Mitzi Johanknecht, and all of our other sanctuary-touting politicians have got to start understanding the harm that their policies inflict. This time, the rape of a 17-year-old girl is on their hands.

In Federal Way, a 34-year-old homeless man named Rene Maya Estrada had been taken in by a couple. It sounds like their intentions were good; they wanted to provide charity for him. Now he is accused of sexually assaulting their 17-year-old daughter at knifepoint, as the Seattle Times reported.

Maya Estrada, a Mexican citizen with warrants for drug crimes in Colorado, has been in Washington less than a year. Imagine that. All of our politicians tell us the homeless people are our neighbors, the kids we sat next to in our middle school classes. But you and I know the truth. When you have policies that are designed to attract illegal immigrants and criminals to this region, you are going to have problems.

Our politicians have done everything they can do to bring illegal immigrants into this state. And when those illegal immigrants subsequently commit a horrible crime, that is on them. That is a purely preventable crime.

White Center rape survivor: Politicians responsible for latest assault

Jay, Dow, Mitzi, and Bob Ferguson, who defends sanctuary, all directly have the rape of a 17-year-old girl tied to them. We will hold them accountable. They bring illegal immigrants here because it gives them more power and more money. The extra population gives Washington an extra Congressional state, which of course will be blue. If they can get a political advantage from illegal immigrants, they truly do consider that more important than the safety of a 17-year-old girl.

That’s where I say to our politicians, I don’t know how you fall asleep at night. I don’t know how you look at yourselves in the mirror without acknowledging the lives you have destroyed.
