Lois lerner...

In this May 22, 2013 file photo, IRS official Lois Lerner is sworn in on Capitol Hill in Washington before the House Oversight Committee. The Department of Justice has once again decided not to charge Lerner in the IRS’ mistreatment of conservative political groups during the 2010 and 2012 elections. (AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster)

I want to pull the plug out of the swamp and I think I know who the cork is.

I like Jeff Sessions, who is the head of the Justice Department, but now the DOJ has decided they are not going to charge Lois Lerner. This is a woman who destroyed evidence, who evaded attempts by Congress to look at evidence, who destroyed cell phones with hammers and who gave “play acting” speeches. And she is not going to be charged!

How could this woman not being facing charges? The message to the IRS is to wait until the next Democratic President and then get back to work.

The seriousness of this is mind boggling. We are spending time on the Russians trying to affect our elections, but the issues around Lois Lerner are much more serious. Because, of course, Russia is trying to screw us up!

The Dems were trying to use the IRS to prevent conservative groups from organizing and educating voters. This is nothing more than the IRS trying to disrupt the election. That is much more disturbing to me than Russia getting involved.

Lois Lerner is a woman who could help begin to drain the swamp and she should be facing charges.
