To anyone who has been there, Venice Beach in Los Angeles isn’t known as the most pristine section of waterfront. Some teens made the beach even dirtier as they fed seagulls laxative-laced chips and sat back to watch the ensuing chaos as the flock painted beach-goers white.

Is it animal cruelty or is it hilarious?
