Despite the insistence of many mothers throughout history, most folks don’t maintain decent posture. Which can evolve into serious health issues later in life.
It’s something that KIRO Radio’s Dave Ross wanted to address. He spends a few hours each morning standing at the studio desk while airing Seattle’s Morning News.
To get some expert advice, Dave brought in physical therapist Susanne Michaud, who owns Stride Physio in Wallingford. Check out these few exercises in the video above, or at the very least, watch Dave try to do them.
