Two workers were injured after a crane fell on a house in Issaquah on Tuesday afternoon, Eastside Fire and Rescue officials said.
The crane fell into the home during a large tree removal operation. The tree had to be cut into pieces and removed one at a time by lifting them over the house with the crane, the owner said.
The tree was waterlogged and a particularly heavy section brought the crane down.
Two of the workers on the crane were injured, but the extent of the injuries isn’t yet known.
The family said they were inside at the time but were not injured.
