‘Very dangerous’ man accused of killing girlfriend may have fled to Washington

A Vancouver B.C. man, who authorities say is dangerous and a risk to women, may have fled to Washington state.
Daniel Paul may have crossed the border, according to Vancouver Police Sergeant Randy Fincham. Paul is accused of killing his girlfriend and mother of five.
“He’s a very dangerous man,” Fincham said. “This is an extremely violent offense that we’re talking about.
“He has offended previously against women and we do believe there are women out there at risk.”
Paul has not been seen since March 1. His girlfriend’s body was found March 3 in the basement of a suite of a home in Vancouver.
After following multiple leads in Canada without finding Paul, authorities now believe he crossed the border, Fincham said. Paul does have contacts in the US, Fincham added.
Daniel Paul is 5 feet 8 inches with a medium build, brown eyes, and short black hair. On his left arm, he has tattoos of an eagle, a rat, a knife, a skull, and a buffalo. On his right arm, he has tattoos of a skull with a rose and a heart.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Daniel Paul is asked to call 9-1-1 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
The Vancouver Police Board has a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to Paul’s arrest.
