The crash that blocked three southbound I-5 express lanes Tuesday morning cleared.
The crash, which occurred not long after 8 a.m. blocked three lanes of southbound I-5 express lane traffic. Traffic backed up to Northgate.
A commute from Lynnwood to Seattle via the express lanes was about one hour, according to the Department of Transportation. It took about 50 minutes on the mainline.
