Everett Navy ship infected and homeless in quarantine get booze

KIRO Radio’s Dave Ross and reporter Aaron Granillo discuss the report of 47 coronavirus cases aboard the USS Kidd based in Everett. The ship is expected to dock in San Diego and will be disinfected while the crew is quarantined.
As reported by KIRO Radio’s Dori Monson, a tip from a nurse was confirmed by King County Public Health – people are receiving alcohol and cigarettes while in quarantine at the Shoreline field hospital. Dave Ross explains why he thinks that makes perfect sense.
