Man hides out on ferry after third run-in with cops in 1 month

A low-speed chase, a standoff, and resisting arrest. It’s been quite a few weeks with the police for one local man.
Police arrested him again Monday night.
The local man ran off when the police tried to speak with him at Colman Dock. He was eventually found on the ferry to Bremerton.
It was the same man who police said led them on a low-speed chase in his pickup truck around Colman Dock a month ago, driving in circles for about 40 minutes.
David Allen was also arrested and charged with assault two weeks ago when police say he pepper sprayed to University of Washington officers after being found banging a bat against a power pole. That led to a four hour standoff.
He did post $25,000 bail to get out of jail two weeks ago.
