The Seattle area remains fourth worst in the nation for traffic, according to a new report released Wednesday.

Our congestion was only eclipsed by Los Angeles, San Francisco and Honolulu, according to the latest Tom Tom Traffic Index.

The report says drivers are stuck in traffic for 38 minutes per hour driven during peak times.

Tom Tom based its ratings on data taken from navigation systems in millions of vehicles during the second quarter of 2013.

Rounding out the top 10 are San Jose, Washington, D.C., New York, Portland, Boston and Chicago.
