Washington State Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 14-year-old girl out of Chelan, Washington.

The girl, Rebecca Basil, left a condo in Chelan with her 9-year-old brother on Tuesday, Feb. 16, in their parent’s vehicle. On Wednesday, they drove to Malott, Wash., and were joined by an unidentified adult male and female.

The 9-year-old brother was dropped back off in Chelan around 5 p.m. Wednesday, but Rebecca remains unaccounted for, and is believed to still be with the unknown adult man and woman in the stolen vehicle. Their destination is unknown, although WSP says “at some point Spokane was mentioned.”

Rebecca has long, straight black hair, brown eyes, and is 5 feet, 9 inches tall. She was last seen wearing a dark green Carhart hoodie, and light blue jeans with holes. The unknown male she is traveling with is also 5-foot-9, 120 pounds, while the unknown female is described as “small” and was last seen wearing a black coat.
