An Amber Alert was canceled for a 5-year-old girl named Azalia on Wednesday, and now Renton police have released a photo of the suspect.

The Amber Alert was issued when a car with the girl inside was stolen from the Safeway parking lot at South 3rd Street in Renton.

Azalia was found safe in the car shortly after.

KIRO 7 reports the owner of the car works for a food delivery service and brought his daughter to work with him. He ran into Safeway to pick up an order when the suspect stole the car. The car was running.

The car was found six miles away outside a business in SeaTac. A customer noticed the stolen car with a child crying inside. She was not injured. An employee called 911.

“We brought her in. She was so brave that it almost didn’t seem real. When we called the police they showed up and right after that is when the Amber Alert hit my phone,” Steven Watson told KIRO 7. “Having two daughters – I can’t imagine if it’s been over an hour, what they were going through so, and the daughter was still super brave during that whole thing too, so. Happy ending.”

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his 20s. He’s about 5’8″ to 5’10” tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He was wearing a black hat and blue hoodie at the time of the incident.

If you have any information about the suspect or his whereabouts, you’re urged to call 911.
