Investigators release surveillance video of Lake Stevens murder victim, suspect

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office has released a surveillance video showing a Lake Stevens murder victim and her suspected killer in hopes more witnesses will come forward.
The footage shows Phillipa Evans-Lopez and Anthony Garver together at a Lake Stevens McDonald’s approximately three days before the brutal murder.
Garver is charged with first-degree murder. He is being held without bail.
Detectives are looking for anyone who saw the two together, according to Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Shari Ireton.
