Investigators say spontaneous combustion and dirty shop towels started a fire at a Kent laundry facility early Thursday morning.
The fire started about 3 a.m. at the Aramark Uniform Services on 228th.
Three large bins of table cloths, uniforms and the towels were sitting behind the business when the blaze started.
Fire retardant foam was used to extinguish the fire and cool the burnt linens. There was no damage to the main laundry building.
