A nice gesture turns out to be a dangerous move on I-5

It may have been a nice gesture, but a driver was scolded this week by the Washington State Department of Transportation.
After a vehicle stalled on I-5 near State Route 516, another driver stopped to help push the vehicle out of the way. That is a big no-no, according to the department.
