Architect agrees to add parking spaces in West Seattle

The community of West Seattle has seen a construction boom in the last few years and now even architects are considering parking a necessity rather than a luxury.
A new housing development is under construction at 9021 17th SW in West Seattle and architects from Blue Architecture were honest with the community recently when it came to parking.
9021 17th SW architect points out it's is not required to have parking but “street parking there is a mess” so they opted to provide some.

This particular project will be four stories, 31 apartments, and 31 off-street parking spaces (1 space per unit).
