Extra ferries will be running for Mariners’ home opener

It’s opening day at Safeco Field and the Seattle Mariners are on a winning streak (2-1). They take on the Oakland Athletics at 7:10 p.m. Friday.
To accommodate M’s fans, Washington State Ferries will provide extra service on the Seattle/Bremerton route, beginning with a 10:15 p.m. departure from Bremerton and a Seattle departure at 11:30 p.m.
The extra service will allow fans to take their time after the win to celebrate. See what I did there?
