Get ready for northbound I-405 closures in Bellevue this weekend

Drivers should gear up for more delays this week as crews with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will be closing parts of I-405 as part of an ongoing lane widening and express toll lanes project.
All northbound lanes from SE 8th Street to NE 4th Street will close from 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16 to 4 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 19 in Bellevue.
The following northbound on-/off-ramps will also close:
- SE Eighth Street on-ramp to northbound I-405
- Northbound I-405 off-ramp to NE Fourth Street/NE Eighth Street (Exit 13 A/B)
Signed detour routes will be in place.
Give yourself extra time if you need to drive through that area.
