US 2 reopens after being closed in both directions east of Stevens Pass

US 2 has reopened after being closed in both directions nearly 15 miles east of the summit of Stevens Pass.
The highway was closed due to a crash at milepost 78.
US 2 is closed both directions at MP 78, 14 miles east of the summit of Stevens Pass, due to a collision. There is no detour, nor an estimated time for reopening.

An approximately 10-mile backup had formed from the crash site to Cole’s Corner, a small, unincorporated community in Chelan County.
