Dave Ross talks with Anthony Hoovler MD, an Endocrinologist at Novo Nordisk, about new CDC data showing ONE THIRD of Americans either have or will develop diabetes.

Dr. Hoovler currently serves as Regional Medical Advisor for Novo Nordisk. He served three years with the United States Marine Corps aviation community after he received his wings as a designated Naval Flight Surgeon. Dr. Hoovler is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, as well as Nutrition.
Diabetes is not only a serious issue for adults, children are also trying to cope with the disease. Dave talks with Jan Rystrom, a Certified Diabetes Educator at Pacific Medical Centers, about children with diabetes and managing it in the classroom.
