Dave Ross goes to Washington D.C. to interview President Obama

KIRO Radio’s Dave Ross is in Washington D.C. where he met with President Barack Obama to discuss the Affordable Care Act.
Follow Dave as he tours the nation’s capitol.
So far, Dave’s found that traffic can be just as bad or worse than in Seattle. He’s also discovered that security at the White House is exactly what he expected it to be: extreme.
So why was Dave invited to meet with the president? He believes that, in part, “local guys like me” will be able to take a fresh look at the Affordable Care Act. He spoke with a correspondent from Florida who told him the state has hardly been involved, if at all.
Dave said his tour of the White House reminded him of a museum, except people are able to touch what they see. “It’s almost criminal,” he said.
