THE Canlis Salad!

For those of you who listened to the show this past weekend, you probably heard me chit chat with the ever so gracious, Mark Canlis, co-owner of Canlis Restaurant and expert salad maker. He took us through some great tips on how to recreate their venerable Canlis Salad, but because Mark had so many gems of knowledge, we had to cut the segment down. Here, on our very own blog, you can listen to the whole interview! Salad dressing included!

However, for those of you who like exact measurements and want to skip the repartee, you can click here for the full official recipe straight from the Canlis website!

And for everyone who doesn’t want to do this at home, just go to Canlis! I myself fully intend on having the professionals make it for me whilst I listen to the sweet tunes of the piano player in the lounge and the bartender mixes me up a cocktail.
