Seattle’s own “chef in the hat” says competing on “Top Chef Masters” is an experience of a lifetime, but Thierry Rautureau’s run on the hit Bravo series has come to an end.

His final elimination challenge had him preparing bite-sized brunch items for 150 people at a pool party.

Rautureau made his version of a traditional sandwich Croque Madame.

He’s mum on who eventually wins “Top Chef Masters” but says all the remaining chefs are worthy of the title.

Despite his early exit, if there’s another opportunity down the road Rautureau’s elimination hasn’t soured him on another go.

“I had a lot of fun doing this kind of show. I really enjoy it. The chemistry that we built up between all of us is quite intense. It was very cool, I would definitely do it again. Did you hear that, Bravo?”

Find more Seattle Kitchen here and listen to Theirry Rautureau and Tom Douglas Saturdays at 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and Sundays at 10 a.m.- noon on 97.3 KIRO FM.
