'I didn't get caught': Gee says he can't be a hypocrite on WA ruling that two DUIs can get gun rights taken away

The Washington Supreme Court voted 5-4 to uphold a law allowing gun rights to be suspended after a second DUI within seven years, according to Axios Seattle. Two Spokane-area men challenged the law after they were denied concealed pistol licenses because of their DUI records. The court ruled the state can temporarily disarm repeat DUI offenders even if they haven't committed a violent crime.
