Lacey steakhouse Ricardo’s Kitchen and Bar is in the midst of a major renovation, The Olympian reported.
While the menu will see few changes, the new space will have a Prohibition-era feel. The revamped space will feature a former wine room transformed into a “speakeasy,” according to the article. The existing bar will open into a community space in the same building called The Hub.
Additionally, a curtain will be added to the kitchen window. It will open at 5 p.m. so diners can see the kitchen in action, then close at 9 p.m.
The reopening date isn’t set yet, but it’s expected toward the end of September, according to the article.
