Salt & Straw’s Apple Series Returns

Salt & Straw’s popular seasonal apple series returned on Friday and will continue through Sept. 24. Ringing in the start of the fall season, the limited-time special has five flavors to choose from: salted caramel apple pie (which is a brand-new addition), apple cider donuts, apple and cheddar cinnamon rolls, vanilla apple custard tart, and hoppy apple cider sorbet. Find out more here.

Salmon on Sunset

Not to be mistaken for Salmon Days, Issaquah’s Salmon on Sunset is returning from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 12. An excuse to gawk at the titular fish swim back to their birth place, the community event will have live music, a beer garden, food trucks, a rubber-duck race, trout-feeding opportunities, and more. Learn more about the gathering here.

Snohomish Wine Walk

Set between 4 and 8 p.m. on Sept. 12, the Snohomish Wine Walk — whose route begins at Velvet & Oak Boutique — will have 10 different tastes of wine scattered across several shops in downtown Snohomish. Get more details about the sip-forward, 21-and-up event here.
