Two Bellingham women are accused of murder for giving a college student an overdose of heroin so they could steal his credit card.

The man was found dead in Franklin Park in October of 2013 and detectives identified the two women from an ATM security camera.

A text between the two women revealed their plan for, “getting him so high he passes out.”

Prosecutors say Lucy Pearson and Nichole Coggins ran up more than $1,000 in charges on the man’s credit card in two days.
