The story of Amanda Knox is now on Netflix.

The streaming service released the Knox documentary Friday.

Knox, who was convicted and acquitted of murdering her roommate while studying abroad in Italy, was at the Toronto International Film Festival for the debut of the documentary earlier this month.

“I think she’s pleased with it,” Knox’s friend, attorney Anne Bremner previously told KIRO Radio’s Ron and Don.

Not everyone else is pleased. People who say they’ve watched the documentary quickly took to Twitter to voice their concerns.

Knox was convicted of murder by an Italian court along with her then-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito in 2009.

She was sentenced to 26 years in prison. An appeals court overturned her conviction in June 2011 and Knox returned to Seattle. An upper court re-convicted Knox and Sollecito in 2014, which the pair appealed. They were again acquitted.

Earlier this year, the European Court of Human Rights accepted Knox’s case in which she claims she was mistreated during the investigation into the murder of Meredith Kercher.

The Daily Mail reported that Knox says she was slapped and threatened during her interrogation. She says she was “subjected to inhumane treatment.”

Additionally, Knox claims she was not given access to a lawyer or official interpreter, the Mail reports.
