The “Botox Bandit” has now been charged with three counts of theft.

In recent weeks she was wanted by the police for getting Botox treatments from DermaVita Skin Care Clinic and then telling the staff she left her wallet in the car. After she went to retrieve it, she never returned. All told, she’s accused of swindling similar businesses out of more than $5,500 worth of Botox and other beauty treatments, reports KIRO 7.

While getting a Botox treatment and skipping out on the bill is certainly the most novel of 30-year-old suspect Lauren Klavano’s crimes, it’s not her first.

Documents obtained by KIRO Radio show the Botox theft was the latest in a long rap sheet. Prosecutors say Klavano has had 22 bench warrants issued for failure to appear in criminal hearings, just since 2012. She also has four pending felony charges, and a criminal record going back more than 10 years.

Previous alleged crimes include hit and run, driving under the influence, identity theft, solicitation, and reckless driving, among others.

Klavano is out on $20,000 bail.
