Man who allegedly fire shots near Lake City Way in custody

Police safely took a man who is suspected of firing a pistol from his deck near Lake City Way into custody.
The Seattle Police Department says it was a “sensitive incident,” forcing them to close down the busy road for hours.
Lake City Way NE remains closed from NE 113th Street to NE 110th Street. But the department is working to reopen the road.
The first call came in around 5:30 a.m. for a report of fireworks being shot off. When police arrived they heard gunfire.
No injuries have been reported.
