Passenger stops bus after driver’s medical emergency

A passenger realized something was wrong and took control of the bus, bringing it to a stop.

The bus hit seven cars along the street before it was stopped. Authorities said multiple vehicles were damaged, but no pedestrians were hurt. At least one other person was taken to a hospital after the bus hit their car. No life-threatening injuries were reported.

Emergency crews took the bus driver to a hospital. Officials have not released details about their condition.
