A former school security guard who had sexual relationships with three Stadium High School students has been sentenced to 48 months in prison.

Donte Dwayne Lipscomb, 32, has pleaded guilty to three counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor in the First Degree for the affairs between April 2009 to June 2011.

“Our schools should be safe zones,” said Prosecutor Mark Lindquist. “The legislature has made this conduct illegal and our Special Assault Unit vigorously prosecutes these cases.”

According to Lindquist, Lipscomb met a 17-year-old girl in 2009 while employed as a security guard at Stadium High and had sex with her multiple times. He asked her to keep it secret or he would lose his job. She agreed.

He also had relationships with a 16-year-old girl in 2010, calling her out of class to report to the security office at least once a week. Lindquist said they had sex one time in the office.

Lipscomb also had sex with a 17-year-old student in December of 2011, and then pulled her and a friend out of class to urge them to deny it.

Along with the 48-month prison sentence, Lipscomb will remain on probation for one year after his release, be required to register as a sex offender, and complete psycho-sexual treatment.
