The girl behind the wheel in Thursday’s Puyallup drunk driving crash with four other teenagers in the car wasn’t supposed to have been driving in the first place.
State Patrol Trooper Guy Gill says her license had already been revoked before the rollover.
“[Her license was suspended] for traffic violations. She wasn’t allowed to be driving that time of the morning anyhow,” said Gill. “She shouldn’t have been behind the wheel to begin with, let alone, impaired.”
All five girls were wearing their seatbelts. One suffered a broken arm, so the driver faces a vehicular assault charge on top of a DUI.
