A pair of Phoenix-area real estate agents are taking a high-powered approach to marketing two luxury listings near Camelback Mountain.

Buyers of the properties-one listed for $11.9 million and the other asking $16.9 million-will receive a $250,000 2012 Bentley Continental GT3 convertible as a housewarming present.

“Even the most affluent buyer is intrigued by a value, and offering fine automobiles to accompany these exceptional properties is the frosting on the cake,” says Jeffrey Smith, one of the two working to sell the properties for the Smith Luxury Group.
