Nothing helps some post bike crash stiffness like a hot shower, so let’s jump in for some Shower Thoughts.

Trump

Just a reminder: The sitting President of the United States is involved in several credible lawsuits with a porn star and former Playboy playmate over hush funds and confidentiality agreements to cover up multiple affairs. Just because you hear about it all the time doesn’t make it normal.

Weather

Is there any way we can have this exact weather every day for the rest of the year? This week has been pretty perfect if you ask me.

Headphones

I bought some new headphones that were way too expensive but are suppose to change everything. I’ve been a music lover all my life, and the Nuraphone comes with an app where it sends special tones into your ears and then measures the frequencies reflected back off your ear canal into the noise cancelling microphones to create a perfect custom EQ profile just for you. It’s suppose to make music sound amazing. They arrive today, I’ll keep you posted.

LeBron James

Breaking news: LeBron James is really good at basketball. Dude has taken his entire team and placed them on his shoulders for this playoff run. His buzzer beater last night to win against the Pacers was downright clutch.

Poker

Don always says that people that like to gamble only tell you about the times they win. So just for you Don, I’ve lost three sessions in a row at the poker table. Sometimes the other guys get to win, too.

NFL

No thank you, I don’t want to hear about your mock NFL draft board.

Seattle to Portland

Why did I agree to ride 50 miles on my bicycle during the Seattle to Portland this year? Any way I can roll that back due to on-air radio bullying? I don’t recall not agreeing to not use an electric-assist bicycle.

Rachel Belle is awesome

And finally, best of luck to our girl Rachel Belle. She’s off to New York City for the James Beard Awards. She’s nominated for best podcast. It’s the Oscars of the food world. Take it down Belle!
