The ST3 vote is coming up. This is just the latest in the transit pyramid scheme. And Sound Transit is playing a game with the Voter Guide.

Here’s an amazing fact nugget: Sound Transit gets to choose the person or entity that gets to write the “Con Statement” against ST3. The corrupt government body run by Dow Constantine gets to choose who writes the opposing statement in the Voter Guide. This is like a candidate getting to choose who they get to run against.

And they voted to let Tim Eyman write it.

I like Tim Eyman but in Democratic circles and liberal Seattle he is, let’s say, not very well liked. Sound Transit is making this whole thing about a personality. Instead of Smarter Transit or the WA Policy Center writing the “Con Statement” Sound Transit have voted for a polarizing figure to do it. Brilliant!

ST1 and ST2 are not even paid for yet. But Sound Transit is utterly brilliant with deception. And part of the ST3 scam is trying to pay off ST1 and ST2.

This is designed to make sure that Sound Transit will get their money and this time it’s $54 billion dollars.

Sound Transit issued this statement:

The Board carried out its responsibility under the law by choosing two candidates in each county who were promoted by the Smarter Transit organization, as well as Tim Eyman, with the latter being arguably the most longstanding and highest-profile opponent of Sound Transit who also received the most public support, in the form of 18 letters sent to the Sound Transit Board. There is no single entity that represents all opposition to the ST3 ballot measure, as opinions about the appointments demonstrate.
