Watch: Dori goes sledding in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood

Feb 11, 2019, 4:06 PM

With more snow falling over Seattle Monday afternoon, KIRO Radio’s Dori Monson let out his inner fun-loving kid and went sledding behind KIRO Radio studios.

Nestled against the hills of Eastlake, the office’s location provided a perfect sledding hill.

For Dori, sledding was a much better way to deal with the snow than panicking over “Seattle Snowmageddon.”

“What do you do when it’s snowing outside? Do you complain? No. Do you call in the National Guard. Well — yeah; nice job, Governor,” Dori said wryly. “But, let’s just go sledding.”

Watch this video of the last time Dori went sledding, back in 2011, and tell us in the comments which sled-scapade was better.
