Tolls are supposed to go away because they are meant to pay for a project or debt. Here in Washington, we have Congestion Pricing. The goal is to price people out of fast lanes so that transit and high occupancy vehicles can have a faster and more reliable trip. Chis Sullivan and Micki Gomez break it down in this latest edition of Chokepoints.
