Alaska Airlines Adds Nonstop Service to Athens, Paris

Alaska Airlines has announced that new nonstop service from Seattle to Athens and Paris will be available starting next spring.
The additions bring the number of international destinations the airline serves to seven.
Tickets to Athens International Airport (ATH) and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) are now available on Alaska’s website. To celebrate the launch of the new routes, the airline is offering introductory round-trip Main Cabin fares starting at $999, available for purchase in the United States through Aug. 26.
Alaska will operate the flights to Athens and Paris using its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. As part of the airline’s new long-haul international experience, guests in international business-class lie-flat suites can enjoy multi-course dining and premium travel amenities.
The seasonal service from Seattle to Athens will begin on May 12, 2027. It will operate three times a week and will be Alaska’s longest route. When the new route launches, it will also be the West Coast’s only nonstop flight to Athens.
Service to Paris begins on May 25, 2027. The new route will offer guests nonstop access to Paris five times a week through the fall.
These new routes from Seattle join Alaska’s growing intercontinental lineup, which now includes nonstop service to Iceland, London, Rome, Seoul and Tokyo. Alaska plans to add at least five more intercontinental destinations by 2030.
