The political class may be dismissing Donald Trump, but his kickoff speech went far beyond anything I’ve heard.

He said he’d start turning America around before even taking office. In fact, he invited President Obama to retire early and play golf on one of his courses.

“I have the best courses in the world … I have one right next to the White House, right on the Potomac. If he’d like to play, that’s fine,” Trump said at a June 16 rally. “In fact, I’d love him to leave early and play. That would be a very good thing.”

Anything to get another paying customer. America needs money and he knows how to make it. And he has no time for losers. Like Jeb Bush, for example.

“How the hell can you vote for this guy,” Trump said, blowing the competition off like dandruff.

“It took him five days to answer the question on Iraq. He couldn’t answer the question. He didn’t know,” Trump said.

And where most candidates try to convince you it’s not about them, Trump is not going to insult your intelligence &#8212 it’s about him.

“I’m using my own money. I’m not using the lobbyists.’ I’m not using donors. I don’t care &#8212 I’m really rich,” he said.

Which is why he has the freedom to do what the others can’t. He can afford to unleash himself. He’s not just going to build a wall on the Mexican border &#8212 he’ll make Mexico pay for it. Plus, he can build highways for one third the cost and he can make a health care website for three dollars.

“I have so many websites. I have them all over the place. I hire people &#8212 they do a website. It costs me $3,” he said.

This is more than a candidate talking here. He’s the love child of Margaret Thatcher and the Priceline Negotiator.
