The United States is now entering a new era where nothing is as it was. One phone call can change history. Twitter replaces the network news. Al Gore and Donald Trump can sit in the same room.
But we should not let this moment pass without at least acknowledging that for some people, a way of life has come to an end. Their jobs are not coming back, no matter how many times Donald Trump picks up the phone.
Because the anti-Clinton Industry is dead.

For millions of Americans, there has never been a time when the Clintons weren’t being exposed, investigated, sued, or impeached.
And now, it’s over!
I counted 34 different anti-Clinton books currently for sale on Amazon. Books which soon won’t even be worth the postage to ship them.

Even Donald Trump – who once promised a special prosecutor – has officially lost interest.
“I think when the President-elect tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message to the members,” Senior Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway said.
Except for one member of Congress – Representative Jason Chaffetz of Utah, who promises the e-mail investigation will continue:
“We would be remiss if we just dismissed it and move on,” he said. “We have a lot of things we have to fix so it never ever happens again.”
Ten dollars says even CSPAN will take a pass on that one.
